PictSave is a Window's screen saver that displays a random collage pulled from serveral image pools.  It will optionally run those images through a set of random filters and effects before displaying them at a random place and size.

Notes

  • Only JPEG images are currently supported.
  • For speed, PictSave uses the Win32 StretchBlt function to perform its scaling.  StretchBlt does not do a very good job, but it is faster than anything that I could write.
