Ghidirah's 12dB VCF is based on State Variable Filter designed by Ray Wilson.   The only modification to this design was the adding additional CV inputs.

VCF Block Diagram Blue tags are input jacks, red tags are output jacks. The cyan circles are pots.  See the circuit diagram for their actual implementation.  All CV inputs use attenuators.
