D'oh! I can't believe
I forgot to post about the race.. training 10/21
Locale: Fall 5k
in Derry
Minutes: 55:12
Miles: 3.1
2000 mileage: Yeah, that. So
I did a 5k on Saturday for my training. Here are the official
results, and here is my race
report. I'm just too lazy to type everything out again.. although I prefer
to consider that efficiency, not laziness. ;-)

Training 10/21 - Focus: 3 mile run
- Actual: rest
Training
10/22 - Focus: 30 min cross training
- Actual: 30 min on bike,
5 miles
Having a lot of allergy problems -- Saturday was really bad.
Even Paul was sneezing and rashy. We took a quick bike ride today, but didn't
last very long -- more sneezing fits and stuffy nose problems. Going to air out
the house, change the AC filters, and try our best to get rid of the dust we stirred
up digging out the cool weather clothing and junk form the closets. May need to
get a Hepa room filter for the bedroom -- it seems to be the worst there.
