Training 12/12-12/13
- Tues:
4 miles on cross trainer (about 40 min)
- Wed: 30 min weights
I
feel better, so I think tomorrow's session ought to be ok. Wore my new capri's.
They feel good, but it was warmer than I thought it would be at the gym so I was
wishing I'd worn shorts.
