Week Seven: Down to Business

We're not above bribery. Whether it's feeding snackies to the angels to lend us their wings (and improve our speed), or whether it's us making pressies for the donors that help us reach our milestones, we're definitely willing and ready to do what it takes. It's hard to be training for a marathon once the original excited glow has worn off. The sneaks, once new, have been discolored, by dust, mud, or rain. The pile of smelly socks and shorts and t-shirts always continues to grow, no matter how many times you do laundry. The road, no matter how many miles you've traveled upon it, still stretches out toward infinity. It's easy to get tired out on this road. And it's easy to get discouraged.
