Week Eighteen:
Half-Way There! This week
was a quiet week. Adrith's work required a lot of her time, due to the impending
start of semester, and the first training program was tapering off. "I
was out doing stuff yesterday after seeing my dietitian so I took advantage and
went to the other gym where I like doing weights better. So I did that. It went
OK, just rushed. Dietitian visit went well -- down some weight, food log looking
good. Gave her the new NF schedule and we rearranged my food strategy to take
the new rest days into account. I don't have to see her again for 2 months because
I have a handle on things! Yay! She likes my DietWatch logs -- they're easy for
her to deal with. Plus it's easy for me to deal with as far as food logging. It's
the last week of this schedule, so things are lightening up as far as mileage
