Week Twenty-Four: Keeping On

The focus this week was fundraising. Adrith got together the final list of contacts and non-returnees and sent out a flurry of letters and pledge cards, while Cat signed up for a number of associates programs in anticipation of the Holiday season.

"We now have an associates link from the main page to Amazon.com. If you shop there through the link, the NF charity will get some money. How cool is that?! Holiday shop AND help NF! Wheeee!" ~Cat

A good friend and former co-worker offers to take a bunch of pledge cards into Adrith's former workplace to give out, surprising her.

"'Give me a few,' she said.
'A few? Whatever are you going to do with them?' I asked.
'A lot of people remember you and will want to help.' " ~Adrith
