LOTS of rain yesterday. Like.... all dang day! :P

It's let up today so I'm off to gym to get my new card made so I can have it tomorrow. Meanwhile, last night's weights...

Bench Press: 4 sets of 5 resp @ 80 lbs, felt Hard
Chest Fly: 4(5)40 H
Shoulder Press: 4(5)40 E/M
Deltoid Rows: 4(5)60 E/M
Lat Shoulder Raise: 4(8)20 M
Shoulder Shrug: 4(8)60 E/M
So much for back and shoulders.

Too much going on. Saw doc, had blood taken, need further testing for PCOS. It's leaving me nervy, and I think I'm turning to food for solace. Not a good thing. :P Knee pain still, and I'm pretty sure it's related to weight gain/poor shoes. Also not a good thing. Bought a spiral notebook to write down all my food feelings since there's only but so much space in Dietwatch for me to write that stuff down in. I'm hoping to spot trends/triggers and then be able to get a grip on it and get back to normal. My sleeping habits are also being affected -- I'm restless, don't sleep well, etc. I keep telling myself to be calm, be patient, deal with one thing at a time, and not jump the gun. It's not like we were going to think about having kids until late next year. But given the infetility problems tied to PCOS, it's making me anxious to fut whether I do or don't have it.

Just got out of class to an e-mail from Walt Disney World Sports, announcing that the official result books have been mailed, that 2002 registration has already opened, and that Action Sports Photography is extending the time we can order official Disney photos.

I don't know how I feel about this, to be honest. Our times didn't show up on the online race results - are we going to be in the book? Are we going to even get a copy of the book, seeing as we most likely are not on the "official" list of finishers? Am I going to be able to get things going again in time to get marathon training in gear?

I just don't know.

I went to the gym last night, and I have to go every night for the rest of this week to get my membership fee refunded. I don't feel positive at all about what I'm doing there though - I KNOW it's not enough training for a marathon. I'm barely keeping up with the 20-minute activity requirement for Weight Watchers. I'm doing too much, and my marathon training definitely shows it. BLEH!
