A public service announcement from your cybertrainers:

Bowling, yoga, weights, 3 mile walk... just too dang busy to sit and write a real training update about it all. Grr.

Hopefully things will calm down soon.

I'm bogged down.

Just got done helping friends move out of the apartment we all shared for the first four months of my married life. They're now in the process of driving to Colorado, where Amy intends going to graduate school.

My house is now a mess - we inherited their loveseat, their cordless phone, and their stereo system -- which, of course, all needed homes. I managed to get most of our paperwork into crates and boxes, which allowed us to move these things in - but now I need to go through the filing cabinet, and empty it out, so that we can put the new papers in. Thoughts of this project don't exactly fill me with joy.

I need to do Sunday's six miler tonight. If it's raining, I get to go to the gym and spend two hours on a treadmill. If something should happen to the car between now and then (unlikely, but right now, I'm consciously dwelling in my paranoia), I get to do twelve laps of the Kitty Tour.

If something should happen to the car AND it start to thunder and lightning like last night, I get to postpone it another day. Oh, whoopee.
