October 11, 2001 schedule: 3 miles real life: 2 miles
plus yoga My muscles feel all tight and snarky -- I needed extra stretching today.
Paul jogged after I walked but he's dealing with his own notes. We both want to
see how we are with 7 miles so we're going to do a trail this weekend. Give us

was 2 miles and Tues rest.I flipped the two and took rest Mon and I caught up
