Still hanging in there with the schedule.
The cold Paul gave me last week did make me change my intervals though
-- wanted to cut back so I could get back to breathing normal post sniffles/cough.
So I went back to 30 sec jog and 4.5 min walk. The jogs ate 5 - 5.5 MPH, the walks
are 3.0 MPH. Still have calf cramps for the first 20ish minutes. That's just how
it is. New shoes feel great.
Today I did it to Polyester, a John
Waters film with Divine and Tab Hunter. Really hooky but it was fun. I really
need to do this weekend's long walk outside. I need a change of scenery. I like
watching movies while working out but I need to be somewhere other than my living
room.
