Week
Six: New Shoes
This week, Cat and
Adrith both discover the necessity of replacing their running shoes.
"Next
week when we do 1 min jog sprints I might have a little trouble if I don't get
my shoes taken care of. I thought they still had some miles on them but I started
getting hot foot on my right foot, so I best order me a pair today so it will
be here before the jogging sprints are longer. Otherwise it will make me CRAZY!"

as the weather gets nice.
"The foot pain that I had last night
(from being very very stupid) was greatly reduced this evening as I ran sensibly
and sanely, but all the same, the running shoes are going to need to be replaced.

from , who receives her new running shoes in the mail.
