Guess what? My shoe order came in this afternoon. Talk about fast!
The walk was good. Julia and Paul were asleep so I didn't have to be worrying about either one of them needing me for something and it was really nice to let go and think about nothing in particular.
I do need to get batteries for my heart rate monitor so I can see what I'm doing though.

Did it in two parts since Julia started fussing at me after the first mile and a half. I did the other half when my parents came to play with her.

2 miles this morning after being rudely awakened by Julia. She woke up again so I had to stop to nurse her and I did the last mile later in the evening.

Easy 1.5 mile walk on the schedule today. It poured so no walk in the park en famille. Instead we went to the mall to try to find Paul some new work pants and we did the inside loop for an easy mile walk. Julia rode in the stroller.
