Review of week 8. Wow - 8 weeks! Can't believe it is going so fast. Week 8 was ok for food, but only exercised once. No real excuse why, just laziness. I am hoping to improve this week. I don't remember if I have posted it or not but I did weigh in recently and have lost a total of 16.5 lbs. I am very happy with the result and am feeling it all over.
Goals for week 9 - count points, stay within range
- exercise 3 times
- find inspiration
This week I have been very distracted by work and have started making a few "bad" decisions with food (opting for chocolate over fruit for instance). We are also starting to eat out again which brings challenges. So I want to find some source of inspiration, eye candy for the fridge, inspirational stories on line, things that I can turn to if I am having a bad day. Also, I am going to sign up for the disney half this week - maybe that will help inspire me to exercise!

Spent the day painting but it is done. Still have to change the light/fixtures, hope to do that tomorrow. I made pizza for dinner, it was yummy, garlic, peppers and fake pepperoni. Iz is sick or we would have gone out. Maybe tomorrow.
