Apart from not keeling over and dying during the race, our goal is to raise at least $2000 for the NF Organization. (Our secret goal is to reach $5000.)

All the proceeds go to help fund research into the genetic disorder, neurofibromatosis. It's a little-known but fairly common, genetic disorder that affects more than 100,000 American's. In fact, NF is more prevalent that cystic fibrosis, Tay-sachs disease and Huntington's disease combined.

Donations can be in any amount, and we're not proud. We'll even take the pennies from in between your sofa cushions! Every little bit helps!

All donations are tax deductible and you will get a receipt for tax purposes and well as personal thank you notes from us. We also send out a mini-newletter to our sponsors every few months to let you know how we're doing.

If you make no specification, the general NF organization will still receive your donation, but it will not be counted under our names and we won't know you wanted to sponsor us since you will not appear in our sponsors sheet.
